Skyframe Cityworks processes minimal data. When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, email, and the message you type. These details are used solely to reply and are deleted within ninety days of correspondence closure unless further discussion requires otherwise.

We do not run behavioural advertising, profiling, or location tracking. The site’s hosting provider collects technical logs for security and performance; these logs are anonymised and held briefly before automatic removal.

Legal basis

Processing occurs under the lawful bases of consent and legitimate interest as defined by the UK GDPR (2018). Consent is requested through a clear checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].

If any data incident were to occur, we would notify affected correspondents and the ICO within 72 hours, following the standard UK GDPR procedure.
